Store Manager - A. KJÆRBEDE Flagship Store in Stockholm

We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager for our A. KJÆRBEDE Flagship Store on Norrlandsgatan in central Stockholm.

As Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it runs optimally and delivers strong results.

The store is scheduled to open in October 2026 and represents an exciting milestone as A. KJÆRBEDE’s second store in Stockholm. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing and shaping the store from day one, helping to build, develop, and implement processes and routines from the very beginning.

We are looking for a person who thrives in a leadership role, is solution-oriented, and has a natural talent for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a first-class shopping experience throughout the customer journey.
• Achieve planned budgets and KPIs.
• Identify and improve potential areas for optimization.
• Plan staff schedules, store calendar, and inventory management.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees, while holding overall responsibility for store associates and assistants.
• Motivate the team and create a positive and engaging work environment.
• Organize and host in-store events in collaboration with PR & Marketing.
• Be responsible for visual merchandising.

Your Profile

• Experience from a similar position with staff management and scheduling responsibilities.
• Strong ability to communicate and interact with customers and colleagues.
• Organized, structured, and service-minded.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish.
